Cookie Policy

By using EPROCO websites, you agree to using cookies in accordance with the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you should change your browser settings as recommended by the manufacturer or give up using EPROCO websites.

What are cookies?

Cookies are files created and saved on the user's device when the user visits websites on the Internet. The files contain information that enable identification of the user's device in order to display a page properly. The files usually contain information about their origin (website name), the cookie’s time of existence (lifespan), the browser ID or a unique number created for the user's session.

What is the purpose of cookies?

The primary purpose is to adjust the content of the website according to the user's preferences, as well as the speed of using the website (its optimal use). They also allow collecting anonymous aggregated statistics that inform us how users use our sites, which helps to improve the scope of information and the way it is displayed, but without identifying the users.

What type of cookies do we use?

For the proper use of pages, session files and permanent files are created and used. Session cookies are temporary files stored on the user's terminal device until the user logs out of the website or closes the web browser. Permanent files remain on the user's terminal device for a period of time consistent with the file settings. A permanent file can be deleted earlier from the web browser by the user. When using EPROCO websites, the user may receive cookies of cooperating third parties, e.g. Google, Facebook, entities carrying out advertising campaigns for EPROCO. Additional information about these cookies can be found on websites of the said entities.

Can the user delete cookies from their terminal devices?

Most web browsers have been equipped with cookie management mechanisms that allow you to block saving cookies and delete them from the terminal device. You can also set a mode prompting (informing) the user at the moment when a website wants to save cookies on the user's device. Blocking the download of cookies may have a negative impact on displaying website resources or it may limit its functionality adjusting displayed information to the user’s preferences. It also blocks the ability to collect anonymous data, an analysis of which helps to improve the site in terms of its quality and attractiveness of its content.
